COOKIE REMOVAL


Use these instructions to remove cookies that linger on your computer and give information back to some of the sites you have visited. To find out more about the power of cookies if used this way click on: Privacy.net cookie tracking


Internet Explorer

  • Double click My Computer
  • Double click C: (your main drive)
  • Find the windows file folder, double click windows
  • Find the folder Temporary Internet Files and double click
  • Select edit at the top of the box
  • Click select all
  • All the files in this folder should become highlighted
  • Now on the keyboard hit the delete key
  • Click OK when the box comes up and asks "Are you sure you want to delete the cookies?"
  • Close all the file folders and you are done

ALSO do this

  • Double click My Computer
